JeanLuc was very professional and worked hard to resolve 2 separate issues I was having with my laptop. He was unable to fix one (a hardware issue that requires more work/money than I'm willing to put into it), but he problem-solved to help me understand the next steps should I want to spend the money to fix it. He went above and beyond the basic fees he charged in terms of the time he spent. I would highly recommend Simple Tech Services. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable.

JeanLuc could not resolve my issue, but it was the computerâ s problem, not his. JeanLuc was very punctual and kept me informed about what he was doing and why. I would feel very comfortable calling upon him in a computer issue in the future.

The technician came and could not do a simple job by hooking the printer to print from three workstations computers. Very disappointed!
