Everything went well. Took a little longer than expected but only by a half a day. Very pleased.

Not well first he was late then never showed .finally he opened up unit pulled part then didn't come back. After a while he got it running and left the unit shut done 30 minutes later..he never came back took old part left after I finally told him I was gone give him bad review he call with this excuse my unit is old needs a lot work ..he wanted more money if he was a spealist he should of suggested a cleaning first instead of replacing parts ..that now I believed weren't broken. ..the new guy came and went to home depot for 15 dollar part and put it on ....mr Ron tried to sell me awhile new Unit cost me 400 extra for new truck while no heat for weeks not from springfield but do have family here they Helped me out

"Late, then never showed up? Doesn't make sense. But, I was there the first time and nobody let me in if I remember correctly. Sorry the furnace ran, then didn't. Sometimes there's more than one issue that doesn't show up right away. And not sure what $400 and a new truck means, but good luck with the furnace this winter!"

The service went well. I did not get it on Angie’s List, it was my brother who referred them. There was really nothing disappointing and he always explains what he is doing.

He was on time and quick to respond. He provided good service and charged fair rates. He left the area clean and was very good at explaining the process and service.
