Many years of "pleased customer" has turned to disappointment as they claim to "come tomorrow" only to have no one show up!

Excellent. Jasmin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We mentioned a leaky toilet and she took the time to take a look and show us how to repair it ourselves, which saved us a lot of money. We will definitely be calling Rick's again.
