 + -1 moreWhen I contacted Tim, he explained the processed, assured me that he had been in business for about 10 years and would guarantee satisfaction with his work. Arrived at 8 a.m., as promised,and set up his equipment quickly and went to work on the front of the house. Used a soft brush and water and a diluted bleach solution on siding, deck, and windows. He was careful not to damage vegetation around the foundation of the house. The decks (composite material) came out like brand new. ( I thought I could clean them myself and scrubbed the back deck with a brush for about 4 hours with little results.) All of Tim Bradley's equipment was in good order - his truck spotless. Worked for 4 hours without a break and cleaned up quickly and was on his way.
Description of Work: Washed exterior of house (second flour and windows on living room and above garage bedroom) and garage. He also did the front and back decks.
