Mark is very unprofessional and arrogant. He refused to explain or answer any questions I had. He sent stranger to my home without my knowledge to put things in the dumpster that was in my drive way. Had to come back and fix the awful job he did. Very rude and unpleasant person. Would not recommend or use him ever.
