Currently, we have 3 employees working for the company and five sub contractors-Landscaping, Painting, Floor/Carpet Maintenance and a General Contractor. For the most part, payment is made upon the successful completion of the job. At times, a deposit is required before a job begins. If you refer a new client and we successfully complete a project(s), you will receive 10% off your next request service.

She did a good job on the areas around the baseboards in the kitchen as this was an area I specified needed attention.
However, the tiles over my bathtub still were not completely cleaned, even after 2 attempts. The lady used the shower spray to rinse the foam off, but did not wipe the tiles dry, so I had to redo to get rid of the water marks. Also got water all over my bathmat and it was left soaking wet. I also had to go around and pick up lint left behind from her mop.
Everything was moved for dusting, but a lot of things were not put back where they came from, especially in my bedroom, so I had to go around afterwards.
I would probably hire her again but would definitely bring the above to her attention.
For the price I paid, it was well worth it for me. This was my first time at hiring a cleaning service, so maybe I expected too much, I'm not sure.
The lady was very pleasant to deal with.
