Description of Work: They took 5 air samples from my home to search for allergens and mold. I was disappointed that their contract specifically says they are not responsible for assessing your property and looking for mold evidence, but are only offering to perform sampling in the areas you tell them to. They sent samples to an independent lab. They reported back promptly that none of the samples showed an actionable amount of pathogens, allergens, bacteria, mold, etc. -- only normal ambient amounts. They suggested an air purifier, but did not hard-sell it. I would not need to use them again.

I was very satisfied with him and his suggestions. He told me to try a fan in the attic to control the air temperature and humidity first before moving forward. He was very helpful and he was on time for the appointment. I like the fact he would give good advice as well as the estimate that we requested.
Description of Work: We have local mold around the attic and we have discussed remdiation. He came out to inspect the mold and he suggested a few options we could try before spending money to actually remove it.

It was a very positive experience. They give great quality work. I have used them for the past 6 years now. They are always on time for the appointments and follow up if there are any changes. He gives detailed reports and they have great communication as well.
Description of Work: They did an indoor quality air testing and followed up with a report.
