We were very impressed with Mr. Santana's services. He was very thorough in his review of the property we're purchasing and provided a detailed report, with images. He inspected the roofing, garage, exterior, interior, structural components, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, ventilation and built-in kitchen appliances.
He was able to identify 23 separate issues of concern. As a result, we were able to have two very serious issues resolved with the sellers. The other 21 issues are minor and don't have to be dealt with immediately. As a result, we have the issues identified and we know what needs to be done to take care of them.
