Eight Residential Real Estate

My late sister home (estate sale) was on the market for a while, it received 1-3 viewings. I decided to obtain a new realtor Daisy Sanchez, who is great to work with. Gave excellent tips on how to show the home. Within days on the markets with her reality company, the home had several showings and an offer within 3 weeks on the market. I live out of state and she helped me with locating contractors/handyman in the area. The estate sale and inspection was a very rough process, but she stood by me with every step. I never had the pleasure to meet her in person but I highly recommend her, she is a fantastic realtor!

He is very attentive, very reliable, on top of things and quick to respond.

I would absolutely recommend working with Steven to anyone looking to buy a home. I met Steven at an open house at the very beginning of my search for my first home. Little did he know what he was getting himself into. We had over 30 showings before we found the one. He was so patient (although he had to have wanted to strangle me a few times) and I grew to trust him because he really had my best interest in mind. Not only did he never push me into feeling like I had to make a decision, he even talked me out of a few houses because he could tell I did not love them and was merely getting tired of the process. He was wonderful at handling my parental involvement while still reminding everyone (including me) that this was about what made me happy and not about pleasing everyone else.

His dedication to his clients was something I had not expected. I'm not sure if he actually sleeps but it got to the point where I would begin or end any correspondence with and quot;no rushand quot;, and quot;whenever you get a chanceand quot;, or and quot;this can wait until tomorrowand quot;. I completely forgot he told me he was going away one weekend so I called him and left a voicemail and he called me back in less than 10 mins. I felt terrible and tried to make him hang up but he insisted on talking!!!

Steven is very easy to like and when you see him interacting with other people, you feel comfortable knowing he is acting in your behalf instead of wondering if maybe you could have done it better yourself. There really is a lot more I could say but I think these are his most valuable qualities.
