Everything was perfect as usual whenever they do any work on my vehicle. I have been using them for about six years for work on two Mercedes and a BMW with great results. Their prices are very fair and have recommended them to a personal friend who is equally pleased. They also use the manufacturer's recommended parts and approved lubricants which is very important to me. They are very accommodating and will get the work done very quickly if necessary.

Andy got me in right away and did the required repair at a very fair price. He has also done service work on my BMW and another Mercedes with no problems. He does outstanding work on mostly German cars at substantially lower prices than the dealers.I have recommended him to a friend who has also been very pleased.

They took a little longer to get back than they should have; I waited a couple of extra weeks for the vehicle. I believe they do good work, and the quality of their work is excellent. They are a little expensive. If I had another head gasket go bad or a major problem with my Mercedes or BMW, I would take it back to them.

I once had a recall on my Mercedes Benz, so I went to the dealership at Hartford. While they were working, they discovered that a spring was broken on left rear and also a leaking gasket on the transmission and they gave me a quote for the work that was to be done. I then took my car to E S P Auto Engineering as I have been taking my car there and they did the repairs for 45 percent of what the Mercedes dealer was going to charge me. I also had a problem with my car with the air conditioning and I took it to the dealer and got a quote from them. E S P repaired the air conditioning for me for half the price of what the dealer quoted me. A week and a half later, the air conditioning stopped working again and I took it back and they found out that they had not sealed the system properly. So they recharged the system and fixed the seal at no extra charge and they apologized for the inconvenience caused. There was no equivocating on their part and they just took care of it. They stand behind their work. They are terrific and I would recommend them to anybody.

It all went well, although an intermitent noise was still there. I brought it back to ESP and the problem part was replaced. This was a very difficult diagnosis since two faulty parts were involved, not just one. ESP handled it professionally.
