I needed my front porch stairs replaced and my back porch concrete stair patched. The job was considered a small job, but I appreciated being fit in. I was impressed with their work ethic. They worked for hours on a very, very hot day to complete the job promptly. I was impressed with the final results. My front stairs were professionally done; they will last a lifetime. I will hire them for future work.

They stand by their work and their word. After the project was finished, I was told to call if there were any problems. They built the deck when it was very wet with rain and one of the boards ended up having a split in it. I sent photos and someone called right away. They came out a few days later and replaced it. I was delighted! The deck is gorgeous in its own right but to have the reliability to guarantee the work is just beyond compare. This is a company that I would work with again and highly recommend.

I contacted DNS for estimate on repairs to a house I was going to buy. I made my offer on the home based on what DNS quoted me for the work. As soon as my offer was accepted DNS wanted 20 percent more for the job with no modifications to the work to be done. A 20 percent bump without any work done told me it will only go up from there once work begin. I choose not to do business with them.

The project started as replacement of damaged front porch wooden railings and posts with vinyl covered railings and posts. After looking at the rest of the work that needed doing and talking to Nilson at DNS Construction we opted for a complete strip down and rebuild of a large and a small porch. It was the best decision made. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. They installed trex decking and stairs, vinyl clad railings and posts and azek trim with vinyl lattice. The crew was meticulous on details and great to deal with. I now have curb appeal I'm proud of and upkeep is basically just hosing it down. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing porch/deck work. Originally I was just going to change over the front porch railings and post from wood to vinyl clad.. Excellent experience and highly recommended for their follow up regarding returning twice to reapply areas that were originally painted in November but failed to adhere due to the cold temps.

The work did not take long and looks great. The three employees worked hard both times and cleaned up after themselves which is not common anymore.

Nilson and Mike arrived on the morning of the promised date and did all the work that had been discussed. They did an excellent job fully meeting my expectations.

They were very prompt and came on short notice. They did excellent work and cleaned the area. They knew what they were doing and explained the proper way to do the work. They did the job quickly with no real problems and didn't take a break until all work was completed. I would highly recommend them for any repair jobs you have. Mine was a small job and they took it on willingly. I thought it might ake a couple of hours and they did it professionally it a very short time. I will hire them again for any job in the future. Nilson is the owner and Mike is his co-worker they both are honest and hard workers.

Hard workers, determined to do an excellent job. I thought that I needed some patching for my deck stairs but they found wood rot and safety issues that needed to be addressed and they did an thorough repair despite over 90 degree heat. They did an involved repair that came out very well. I definitely recommend them.
