After he did not show up I called and left a voice mail to see if something went wrong but my call was not returned.

John did an excellent job taking care of my lawn. I hired him over the phone to do the initial cleanup. He called prior to coming over to confirm the date. At the time, I hadn't cleaned up all the dog's poop in our back yard, but he had no problem dealing with that. The initial cleanup was excellent. John's a real nice guy and easy to talk to. On a weekly basis, John would mow my lawns. He never failed to show though out the entire season. He had all the equipment anyone would need on my tiny yard, and he was fast and efficient.
