 + -1 moreThe service was very good. He listened, briefly tested the machine on the spot when necessary and fixed the problems. One time the computer still had a problem and he took it and resolved the issue at no charge. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my dropping off my computer. It was after hours and he came back to the office.
Description of Work: I dealt with this Company 3 times. I brought in a computer due to very slow processing. I dealt with the owner - forgot name. He was very understanding, briefly tested my computer; quoted and gave me a price range. The second time I brought in a different computer that had a virus. The third time was a different computer that ran very slow.

 + -1 moreCalled and called to get an estimate on new hinges for my laptop. Even dropped in and spoke to owner who promised an estimate within a day. Never heard from them. What a waste of time.
Description of Work: None -- they never even responded to me after many calls and a visit.
