Gloria was fast to return my voicemail. When she realized she needed a second person to complete the cleaning in the time I needed it to be done by, she had several cleaners "on call" to assist. There is nothing I can say I was unhappy with in this transaction. The place was an absolute mess and was too much for my wife to bare. It was done fast and thoroughly. I was happy she was able to salvage the carpet in two rooms I was certain would have to be replaced after this party. I would've happily paid double. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the job they did with our place. Big house, bigger job, great job!

Gloria has been thorough and professional from the start, and I have come to rely on her services. She does a great job. What I like most is the fact that she has a and quot;planand quot;. She remembers what needs extra attention, and is willing and able to perform any special tasks or projects. She told me after the first cleaning that and quot;things will get better and betterand quot;, and she was right - I can now keep up with the cleaning between visits, and my apartment feels well-kept all the time now. Also, she is polite and a really fun person to chat with. I recommend her without reservation.

This was the first time we used Gloria's services. Gloria cleaned the house in 4 hours. What a fantastic job! We would recommend Gloria to anyone.

,I'm a single dad who hadn't gotten around to the basics (like dusting, floor washing, etc) in quite a while. I knew I needed help. I called Gloria based upon the glowing reports here on Angie's List. I can only add another glowing report. She's always on time, considerate, friendly, and hard working. Now we've gotten beyond the basics and she has helped me clean out the refrigerator and my cabinets. I can't just stand around while someone else is working so when I ask her she assigns me a chore, also. So I actually get an extra 2 hrs work done. She and her brother are very nice, hard-working people. At the end of our session she even tells me her plans for the next extra chore we'll tackle after the basic housecleaning is done. I'm very glad I called this company first. I'm glad I'm on her bi-weekly schedule. And if I ever need something extra I know I can call her and she'll come and help me the best she can. I highly recommend Gloria and her brother Phil. They're hard workers and good people.

She was right on time and things went great.

Just purchased a new home and it needed a full cleaning, Gloria was accommodating and came out the next day (even though I called around 6pm the night before). She arrived early to get a look at the home, she gave an estimate of 4.5 hours needed to clean including a break for her and her assistant. Great detail and effort was taken in a good portion of the home probably 95%(vacuumed out window sills, washed windows, scrubbed grout int bathrooms etc.) but as she got to the rest of the home (and passed the estimated time of 4.5 hours) we found afterwards that things were't cleaned as well. However, I will say that I think this job was bigger than she and I had anticipated, it was a foreclosure so there was a lot of work needed, she spent a total of 5.5 hours in the home and her time was MUCH appreciated. She and her assistant were very friendly, and professional, they also gave advice on how to keep up the home etc. I would definitely hire again! Thanks Gloria!

Nice at first. Showed up on time to clean the house. Did a good job. Cancelled the next week saying she was sick. Arrived with new cleaning women telling me she can't handle the job and that she would not be doing it any longer. I told her she should have contacted me first by phone to let me know the job was too big for her and that bringing in a new person without me first knowing about it was unprofessional. She threw a fit then left. Be warned.

I called this listing and she was not only quick to respond, but extremely friendly and accomodating. I called her during the holiday season and she was able to come clean my house within 3 days. In order to complete the job, she brought all of her own cleaning products and equipment, and she also brought another person to complete the job faster. She was friendly, professional, and made my house look beautiful (even though we had just done a kitchen remodel and dust was EVERYWHERE). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and if needed, would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I have used Preferred Domestics for approximately 6 years. They are excellent - Gloria is the owner and Phil will sometimes assist, if I have outside painting and cleaning.

She does a great job.
