The "contractor" Ricky Sweeney is a con man. He was hired to do a job trimming several overgrown hedges and remove some invasive trees and vines from those hedges. He showed up and wanted half the agreed upon price up front. I gave him the deposit and he performed about a total of 2 hours of work. Said he had to leave for a bit and would be back. Never saw him again. I text him several times and he replied he would be back the next day. Never returned or text me unless I text him first. After 3 weeks and threatening to take him to court, I received a full refund. I would never recommend him to anyone. I never thought I would see him or my money returned. Very bad and shady as heck.
