Everything Brian said, he did and did beyond expectations. he is personable, professional, honest and genuinely wants the homeowner to be happy and we are more than pleased. Every single sub contractor he used, was the same as Brian-all were clean, professional and meticulous about their work. I would and will refer Brian Baker of Baker construction to anyone i know looking for a remodel..
Description of Work: dug for foundation, poured slab and built cinder block foundation, framed 12 x 15 addition, pulled all building permits, backfilled foundation, new siding on entire house, new gutters, new electrical, new drywall, insulation, new dining room windoow, new front steps and overhang.
