We went to two larger chain stores before this that were pretty pushy. Trying to get us to buy on credit to get the lowest price in one case. The other only had an off brand in our price range. Better Bedding is a small regional chain. They were easy going. Agreed to swap some mattresses around when they delivered. They arrived on time and were very very careful winding through our old house and up the stairs. Once the delivery and removal is complete they call the company and have you talk to them to give any comments. Later we received a letter signed by the two owners of the company. A little touch that a lot of companies could follow.
