Best Tile - Springfield

I am left with a bitter taste on this. They told me how much tile i needed to order for my project and now I have multiple boxes left over that they won't take back. Of my $1300 order, $300 of it is in unused tiles I need to now put on Craig's list. I'm a little frustrated that the posted returns policy says within 30 days is ok but they told me it doesn't apply for my "special orders." Come on, I'd be willing to pay even a 50% or 75% restocking fee to not waste the stuff. When you sold it to me you said it was your best selling tile so it's not like this is stuff that isn't selling. And how is your best selling tile not a stocked item? The sale itself was fine (but expensive), and i'd consider going back for the great selection. but have your contractor figure out how much tile to order first!
