Dr. Case is friendly and responsive to changing needs. She is also very respectful and easy to talk with.

Dr. Charlene Case is very professional, but easy to talk to. She's very down to earth. She's about my age, so we're going through very similar things, as far as our body changes and stuff. She's just wonderful. Her staff is also very professional, very friendly and very helpful.

He seems to have overall disdain for special needs kids. The more fragile they are, the quicker he dismisses their problems. Just not in the right specialty if you dislike kids with special needs. I have many friends with special needs kids, and no one thinks he is respectful of their children's needs. Just mean.
