They have several other cars they deal with too.  My last visit didn't cost me anything, it was a callback.  I enjoy their service.  They are fast and accurate.  They are very nice people and they explain some things in the car or some buttons in the car for me which makes it so good.  I avoid comparing but I'm going for a special and that is $35 for everything so that is good.

I have used them several times. They were able to basically make an appointment or if I had a check engine like I go in there to have them take a look at it. I am not sure that they are the cheapest, but they are very good at making sure that the car is up to the latest recalls and everything. They are not the best at completing on time, but I have never given them a really hard time. I drop the car off and said a day or two is fine. So, I have not been one of those ones that I need the car in an hour.

I think they've been pretty good. I have a couple of problems with breaks that I'm not totally happy with you know I think the first time I had to fix this I had to bring it back for the same thing again but all have been good.

Balise Hyundai gave me a really good deal on my car which included extras such as a remote starter. Since I got an extended warranty they gave me a book with coupons for service maintenance. Their professionalism was excellent.

Initial negotiation process when well. When papers signed attitudes changed. When pick up and payment made, all promises denied.Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from these people, nor would I recommend their agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nasty, dishonest people., with my assistaqnce.

They were awful and I will never go back to them. They lied to me. They told me they had the color I wanted inside on the upholstery and it was a light color when it was delivered. My previous car had burned up and was totaled. It was a new car and it had scratches on the outside and it was not the right color on the inside of the car. I met them at the Motor Vehicle Bureau and I didn't have the strength to tell them to take it back and start looking again. I had to take the car to a body shop to get the scratches fixed. I took out a loan and Hyundai was giving a low interest rate of under 3 percent and they gave me a higher interest rate. My credit rating was good so I don't know why I didn't get the lower rate. I am really disgusted with them. The original price of the car was about the same as other places but they didn't get me the lower interest rate. It went on for about 2 weeks but they did bring the car up when they said they would. They scammed and lied to a woman and they took advantage of me. I had also made a down payment on a car and they sold it and I had even made a down payment on it.
