Initially came to estimate the damage and repairs. Worked with me on options for the flooring. I reviewed the materials options and send paperwork back and forth to order materials and sign off on the work. When workers arrived to do the actual flooring work, they had the wrong work order and none of the materials I wanted had been ordered by the outside project manager. Supervisor and I went to the local Lowe's and picked out the materials ourselves, so the work went on as scheduled . Installers worked hard for two days, in spite of steamy temperatures and completed the entire job to my satisfaction. Overall, the job was done very well, thanks to the site supervisor and his two installers.
