AMERICAN TREE SVC

I worked along side the three male workers to keep them informed about which trees needed to be taken out of a wooded area. They were very polite and respectful of my wishes and performed their tasks admirably including carting tree debris to their chipper and taking away the resultant mulch. They left the property in tip top shape.

Not completing the job is bad enough. But, the topper is that they dumped two big stumps in our yard. These are not trees that they had cut down on our property. They had the stumps in the truck and decided to dump them. It was probably too late for them to properly dump them somewhere (if they ever do). I emailed and called the next day (it was dark when they left and I didn't see the stumps until the next day). Ian (who I think no longer works there, although I'm not sure) said to send pictures. I sent pictures right off and he said he would "talk to his guys". In total I have sent ten emails. Today I finally got a reply that said they didn't leave anything behind. Now we are forced to go to small claims court because we don't have the money to pay someone else to remove these huge stumps. These people and this company are losers. Please don't waste your money in order to become annoyed at the shoddy work. The Angie's List deal looked good, but it was rotten.

They were awesome, absolutely terrific. They were really, really good and they came right out. It was a good price. They stacked everything and left it neat. It wasn't a disaster like we've had before. We would definitely recommend him. They have their own truck so they can go way up in the tree and cut it down. They were just terrific. We've had other tree people that we wouldn't recommend.
