Taxi/Shuttle Service
Having heard unpleasant stories of experiences with taxi services in Springfield, MA I was very hesitant about calling one. However I was very pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Ace Taxi. The reservation was for early in the morning and the cab arrived on time, was very clean and the driver was very pleasant and cheerful as was the person taking my reservation A very smooth, comfortable ride.
On my return to Springfield late in the evening I used the taxi service waiting at the Amtrak station, never again. It was certainly NOT Ace and could be classified as the exact opposite. A very fast, bumpy ride from a very gruff driver. I should have called Ace.
