"I did explain to [Member Name Removed] I do not work sundays My wife and I were in the area and told her I would stop by.We have employes and my wife was not my helper she helped because she was with me.My walking with a kan does not have any affect on my work and [Member Name Removed] was not paying by the hour.I installed a new transformer which I carry on my truck after we installed it I found the side door chime was not working and informed [Member Name Removed] she needed a new chime and I would come back and install the new one when she got it. She must have picked one up later that day. and called the next day I told her I could not come out that morning and I would try for later that day I had a family emergency and would call her. She became very mad and would not talk to me and hung up that was the last time I talked to [Member Name Removed] even tho I tried several times to resolve this problem so she would be happy. The price I gave was my normal service call fee plus material 25.00 for the transformer. I also fixed and rewired a living room outlet as a favor I did not charge her for that. When we left she payed me for what I did and everyone was happy . This is either a tantrum [Member Name Removed] is having or a way to not have to pay either way if she would talk to me I could make her happy again I do not like having unhappy customers Thats worked for over 40 years of buisness.And I have left several messages with her With no response.
