We were initially impressed with KOD mostly due to working with their interior designer. KOD uses WareRite as the fabricator for the Cambria counters. All went relatively well until the counters were installed and it was discovered that the quartz had been damaged in handling. It took 3 times over 5 months for the counters to be properly installed with minimal damage to the quartz. During this time, KOD did nothing to assist us in getting WareRite to fix the countertops. KOD never called to check on how things were going throughout the entire ordeal. All communication with KOD had to be initiated by us. If not for the Cambria representative, we would still not have counters. I would not recommend KOD.

Highly do NOT recommend their services!! Extremely rude customer service once we had an issue with our granite, and they were very reluctant to fix their mistakes. When they finally came, they did not seal it as promised and actually stained our granite by using SUPER GLUE and an accelerant leaving blue bloom markings in FOUR areas of island instead of property sealing the unfinished stone. When I went to the office after calls weren't returned, he told me to get out and he would NOT be helping our "tiny little job" Worst professional experience we've ever had!! Do not be fooled and save your money!

They were good and they worked with us. They helped us design the kitchen and were very responsive to our queries before and during the job. They did a good job. We had been to several companies but they had the best fore plan and offered quality cabinets at the best price. They were a little higher on price than other companies though.

Overall, the service was terrific. If it had not been for the constant mix-up and re-ordering that had to be done, I would say, this is a great place with which to deal.
