I recently had an issue with termites and was looking for a structural engineer. I hired Bruce because he has a background in building houses himself. He is a certified house inspector. I found him knowledgable, as thorough as he could be despite lots of stuff in the cellar,. He was patient and made sure I understood everything. He gave me information to ask the Pest Control company when they came back for the follow up visit. I did not find him at all rude as someone said. I am considering having him return to give another look at the areas that were inaccessible on his visit. Hire him! You will not be sorry

Bruce was terrible and completely un-professional from the get go. We hired him to do an inspection. Not only did he miss very obvious issues in the house but then got into an argument with the realtors who were on site. His report was useless, as well. Would not recommend him at all.
