It took prompting to get this guy to follow through. After the ceiling fans were installed in the upstairs bathrooms I noticed water dripping from the ceilings. He was not interested in coming out to see what the problem was. I ended up having a general contractor come out to tell me the installer did not replace the insulation surrounding the fans. When the moist air hit the cold, uninsulated metal box condensation formed - what I saw coming from the fans. Don’t install bathroom fans if you’re not going to do it right and back up your work!

Poor. Needed some testing of electrical outlets and replacements of some bulbs/fixtures. There was a long delay in getting a minor repair done. Had to contact owner several times who seemed to not know anything about it. Finally after a month, I got a replacement bulb installed. Did not work the next day. Owner came out to fix. Charged me for this, including late fee. Unresponsive to my concerns.
