A home is probably the single biggest purchase you'll ever make. So it was important to me that whomever I hired to do the job was knowledgeable and thorough. David Banks, the owner of On The Level Home Inspection, was just the guy for the job. He was extremely thorough, assessing in detail every aspect of the homes and providing me with a detailed 30 page report complete with digital photos that he takes while conducting the inspection. David was available for follow-up questions (I had several) and was prompt in terms of showing up on time and getting me the written report. Based on some problems that David encountered, I negotiated with the seller. David also offered his general advice during that process. His fee was also extremely competitive. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with this company, truly exceptional.
