I contacted 5 deleading contractors. Only 2 were willing to come look at my house. Gary spent the time to go over the lead inspection report room by room and explain the reports and what our options were. He made sure to determine what our goals and price range were. I was comfortable with his knowledge and his genuine interest in making our home safer. He stuck to the estimate and the time line. He replied quickly anytime I had a question. His work passed inspected the first time, most of the dust swabs were below detectable levels.
