Evangelous Roofing

My roof was 28 yrs old and saw Evangelous Roofing doing my neighbors roof, working from home I saw their progress and was impressed with the job they did so I reached out to Ted and he came over, quoted the job and the rest is history. Ted was a pleasure to work with, he stood behind his quote, no surprises when job was completed, he explained everything ahead of time as to what to expect. Wallace and his crew did a great job, keeping me informed on progress and any issues if they arose. They replaced any damaged sheathing as they removed the old shingles. The few things I had asked him to do he took pics to show me that it had been completed. It was quality workmanship and quality product. They did a great job being careful not to damage lawn and shrubs and they cleaned up after job was complete. you wouldn't even have known they were here after completion. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them for anyone looking for any roofing needs. Great job Ted and once again thank you!

We have owned our home for 27 years, it’s difficult to find someone to work on your house that takes pride in their work and treats it like it’s a project for their own home, I’m happy to report Evangelous Roofing did just that. They were professional, courteous, they cared about our home and left our yard as if they were never there, they went above and beyond by painting necessary replacement boards. I would highly recommend this company we are very happy with our new roof!

Ted and his team were awesome! We had our house, garage, and screened in gazebo roof done. The team did a fantastic job quick and easy no issues. Whole project for 3 roofs was done in 4 days of work. Ted and team was a delight to work with and went the extra mile. With our work being done in the fall they left our yard looking better than before they started. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic job or re-roofing our +100yrs Barn. From estimate to project finish Ted and team were fantastic, keeping the site incredibly kept while maneuvering a busy household who still needed access to the barn.

Ted and his company was great -- from estimate to completion. Ted came with great references and was the lowest and most complete SOW/estimate. I was away when the work was done and Ted kept me updated with pictures and texts. I came home and other than a brand new roof, I would never know Evangelous Roofing had been there. Excellent work.. Ted and his workers had the roof done in one day...It looked fabulous. The cleanup was A+. We had many estimates but it wasn't the cost that made us use Evangelous Roofing it was the way Ted approached us and made us feel that we were important and he would do the best job!!

Ted and his crew were amazing. Having the owner at the site is really beneficial, Ted kept me informed the entire way and was totally engaged with the project. The crew worked amazingly hard and the clean-up was literally like nobody was ever there. Ted stayed totally true to the estimate he gave me and there were no hidden costs. The roof came out amazing, we are totally satisfied. I would recommend highly.

Fabulous! The work started about two weeks after I contacted the company. The work team arrived on time and got right to work. They had a hydraulic "Dumpster" that allowed them to raise it to roof level and all the demo trash went directly to the dumpster leaving the lawn without any trash or rotten wood. They finished the job in one day and did excellent work. Ted ( the owner) came by to monitor their progress as well. After they left, the only evidence they had been there was the newly completed roof! I was really happy they did it in one day and just did a great job. I would definitely recommend Evangelous roofing to anyone needing a roof.

These guys were great. I wish I knew of them when I got my roof originally redone. They were quick, and even cleaned up some junk the other roofers had left years ago that I didn't even notice. Any issues I have down the line, they will be first I call.

Our neighbor referred us to Evangelous Roofing; they just had their roof done by Evangelous earlier this year. We then contacted Evangelous Roofing for an estimate. Ted arrived promptly at the expected time, was professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I had the estimate in hand in just a day. The price was very competitive. Based on the positive feedback from our neighbor's referral, a fair price and Ted's professionalism we decided to go with Evangelous. I cannot say enough positive things about Ted and his crew and the job they did. They were scheduled to arrive at 7AM and the doorbell rang at 7AM--right on time! The skylights needed to be replaced and I needed to show the foreman which room they were in. Without me asking, he removed his shoes before entering the house. The roofers worked non-stop and completed the job quickly in a day and a half. The roof looks great. I am very impressed with the clean-up as well. You cannot even tell they were here. There was no dumpster left in front of my house for any period of time--at all. The day after the roof was completed, Ted came and we did a walk around. He noticed the grass was high, and even offered to have the men return with the magnet after our next lawn mowing just to be sure they get every last nail. Ted and his crew were very pleasant to work with, prompt, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend Evangelous roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Ted and his team were excellent to work with. Fair price for the amount of work we had done. Ted and his crew were extremely professional and accommodating. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed immediately. The property was thoroughly cleaned every day and and a thorough final walk around. Its been 2 months and I have not found one nail! Quality and craftsmanship was excellent. Products used were high quality. I will use Ted Evangelous for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

Ted and crew did a super job, both with the roofing and skylight and also with the clean up. They were very prompt and worked through a long, very hot day and we are very pleased with the results. Ted Evangelous and his crew did a fantastic job re-roofing my home in Marlborough. They were on time, professionals, cleaned all debris, protected the landscape, swept all around my property and abutting neighbors with powerful magnets on rollers insuring no nails were left behind. I'm glad I contracted Ted, he is certified MASTER ELITE; used all GAF products and we received our GAF warranty promptly. Ted and his crew exceeded all our expectations in all phases of this project. Absolutely fantastic results. Roof looks beautiful. Ted and his team are experts, they share knowledge, and did every thing I had requested. They really took extra care on the job, always listened to my questions, concerns, and demands. I was very happy with the work (and I'm very tough to please). The price was the best of any contractor quote I received, they were the most up-front and honest, and were more than willing to make adjustments to exceed my expectations. I have an antique house with some difficult trim work on the gable side, and they were able to integrate into that nicely so that I could have flat eaves for the gutters. We then had the worst winter ever, and I had zero issues with the roof. If you need a roofing job, Ted and his team are an excellent choice. He's not the easiest guy to get, not the best at email, but when he's on the job you will get all the attention you need. Absolutely top notch crew and a job very well done.

They were great. They cleaned up, were professional and responsive.

Ted and his crew were great.  replaced 17 sheets of rotted plywood and stripped double layer shingles.   Crew was on time and polite.   Answered all of my questions I had.   Very neat and picked up the yard spotless.  No nails left on the driveway or yard with this crew,    Had Ice and water shield over entire roof,  Ted took pictures of everything so I could see what he was replacing.  When I needed extra material he went on his own to get it, and made sure it was back on the job in time.   
 This job with all they did only took (1) day to complete and they made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

In a word, "great".
Ted's team showed up and got right to work.  What I expected to be a 3 day job ended up being 1-2 days.  I work from home so could hear activity overhead all morning.  When I stepped outside to see how things were progressing after lunch, I was surprised to see that the whole roof had been stripped and was more than half-shingled.
Everything was very clean when they left and someone even came back specifically for pick up and walked all around the house finding little scraps.  In the month+ since the job was done, I've found next to nothing in the tall grass, maybe a small shingle corner or two but that's it.
As for quality, everything was top notch.  I mentioned that our roof has some interesting valleys, there is one section where 3-4 separate roof surfaces come together into a shallow valley.  Ted and I had initially talked about using heavy-duty water/ice shield with shingles on top.  When the time came, his team had alternate plans.  They basically said that they could not shingle it and guarantee that it would not leak so didn't want to do it.  Ted and I talked and we ended up putting in a rubber roof in that section.  I greatly appreciate that his team was looking out for me and that they were more interested in doing the job "right" rather than what we'd initially planned on.
