Brendon Homes

I am writing this as both a past and current customer.  In addition to the 3 homes we have purchased from Brendon Homes, I have had 4 other homes built by other builders, so I am well aware of the home building landscape.  Based on our excellent experience with Brendon Homes - and very poor experiences with the other 4 (from fraud to shoddy workmanship to broken promises to bait and switch) - we would never build again with anyone else (seriously).  The people at BH charged us exactly what they said they would, completed the houses on-time, and build a home that far exceeds other builders in this area.  We know many people who live in one of their homes, and they all say the same thing.  
To further reinforce, when we were thinking about building a new home (downsizing as our kids are older now), we were hesitant as we did not think we could afford BH, and didn't want to experience what we had with other builders.  So, we interviewed a different self-proclaimed, "prestigious" builder in our area, only to find their quality - after visiting their model homes - sub-par and using cheap materials compared to what we were used to (we got spoiled I guess).  I called Brendon, and was very happy to hear that we actually could afford to hire BH!  That sealed the deal, and we purchased a lot of land, now confident that we would have an excellent home as we age and eventually retire.  I can't say enough positive things about them.

much better than expected. they were on time and on budget. They had access to lots of resources (labor and material) so we never waited. The project started with excavation and foundation which took less than a week. The framing only took days-they brought in at least 20 framers it seemed. The exterior finish and interior work was very good-highest quality but took a little longer than expected but no issues. Towards the end the final punchlist did drag on and we had a hard time getting them back in for a few things but overall they were great and very fair.
