It was very good and used them twice. I am happy with their service because they're professional, they came on time and they explained everything. They have good follow-up and they're very prompt. They also have a warranty for the service. They came really fast and cleaned up afterwards.

Gerry actually was able to fix my dehumidifier. He took it apart and used epoxy and silicone and spent a lot of time on it, trying it out to make sure it did not leak. He is the nicest, most accommodating appliance repair service technician I have ever encountered. He not only works on “small stuff” in his shop but also all large applicances in your home and if my stove, refrigerator, etc. needs repair it is a relief to find someone you can count on to fix it the right way so when he leaves you know your appliance will work.

I found out when writing this report that Gerry is already on Angies List but only under large appliance repair otherwise I would have tried him earlier in the game.

I was pleased that the oven was fixed; it was a simple job.
