Since I am in the process of having them do work for me, let me share about my history with them:
I last had them work for me at my former residence -- to prepare it for sale. They put in a door frame and door for a third bedroom, replaced a window sill and frame and also added a railing to the bad door staircase.
Previous to this, Sarafin Builders sided my entire house (assisting me with having it insulated when we found it was not) and completed the work on my covered patio. In my kitchen they also installed a self-venting hood over the stove, removing the outdated vents in the cabinets, giving me more cabinet space.
They are always the first ones I call upon when I need help. They are super professional...as one worker said to me " this is our office while we are here" and they treat it as such. They are on time when coming out to the house and finish on time each day. In addition when they are done for the day, they vacuum, clear away debris, and arrange items back where they belong.
Wonderful quality of work too. I've always been satisfied with their work. And last but certainly not least -- they do not blast music, yelling back and forth, nor speak any profanity. Real gentlemen on the mission to help you out. I highly recommend them...
My only issue with giving them a high recommendation... will I be able to fit into their busy schedule in the future? We shall see!!
