They did an outstanding job. They didn't subcontract, they had their own people. They knew what they were doing. I would absolutely use them again.

They surveyed my roof in early September and after calling many times, they sent a proposal in late October. After that I called many times and the office manager said that the work will get done in late November but when late November came, they said that they will not be able to do it until next spring. They know that I have a leaking roof and they strung me along for such a long time that now it is too late to find anyone to do the roof before the snow hits.

I needed a back gutter replaced due to storm damage. Called RCI. I was told that they do not repair gutters. That they only did gutters when they put on a roof. Too bad. Felt the type of business they did they would have come out................... Secretary was nice enough to give me another company name.

Called to make an appointment for roofing estimate. I used company, 12 years ago. I specified I would need to speak with the person doing the estimate about solar panels on the roof. Set up an afternoon appointment 1-3 pm. Person never showed up nor called saying they were late or not able to make appointment. I left message with company saying I was disappointed. Person showed up next day without notification and with not me being there. Called company again. They said he was in the area. I told them I needed to speak with person directly. They admitted they made an error, however they created this problem and I will be using another roofing company.

They performed all of the work over a 2 day period. There were no problems with the discarded materials. They did a good job cleaning up when they were done. The roof looks good. They did the lower portion of our roof a year ago, and we have had no problems with that work in the past year.

I can't imagine the job going any more smoothly, even though it required removing two layers of shingles. I came home from work the first day and they had the front of the house completed, and there was no other evidence that they had been there. No equipment, no mess. They finished the second day and left everything spotless.

RCI was one of several companies I contacted for an estimate for a roof repair. They are headquartered in a neighboring town I was eager to hire a local business if possible. When I contacted the company, I was referred to an estimator, who told me they would provide an estimate for the job, but did not feel it was necessary to meet me in person. That was the first red flag. I booked the estimate anyway, but no estimate has been done, and I have received no further communication from the company in over a month. Thankfully, I did not provide this company with any money. I have seen their crews on a number of large commercial jobs in this area, so I assume they could not be bothered to pursue this contract for what is a comparatively small residential roof repair. It would have been nice if they had advertised this up front, or told me this when I requested the estimate.

Owner came to check out leak. Said he'd be back to do the job. Never returned. Numerous messages left. Never returned calls. Had someone else do it after wasting time with this company.

They were terrific. They were prompt, quiet (as they could be), respectful of us and our property, fast, professional. Mark and Chris (the owners) were available by phone for questions and one of them came by every day to check in personally. At the end of the job, one worker spent an hour and a half raking and picking up detritus in the lawn.
