They showed up on time, did exactly what was needed, and charged less than their estimate. I will definately hire again.

It went great. They were on target with estimate. They came on time. They explained thoroughly. They called to check before doing anything. They cleaned up well. I would definitely use them again.

We had our entire house rewired after we purchased it. The company we used for that is Whitely Electric. They did a great job and we called them again after we purchased a new dishwasher and needed to have the electric outlet installed so we could hook it up. Whitely Electric was booked up longer than we wanted to wait, so we called around and found Bergeron Electrical Services. When they installed the outlet we needed for the dishwasher, we had no complaints, so when we needed some lights installed, (something we could have probably done ourselves, but just don't have the time) we called Bergeron again. Once the work was done, we were happy.....then we got the bill. The claim was that the electrician that was at our house took approximately 12 hours to change out a few lights. I am the daughter of a custom builder and the granddaughter of an architect, I understand the business and how long things take and was appalled at the invoice. So, I called the owner and told him I felt the invoice was overstated. So he talked to his electrician and sent me a detailed list of the services performed. I still felt it was overpriced, but based on the detailed invoice, it appeared as if more work was required where I could not see, so I paid the bill. A few months later we decided to replace the fan in our bedroom, the store would still refund the money and we were not happy with the unit. When the unit was removed, we could see that the work completed was not as claimed on the detailed invoice. Now we started pulling all the lights off the ceiling and all the extra work that was claimed on the detailed invoice was clearly not done. So we called the owner again. He came to our house with his electrician and looked over our complaints. He would admit that the additional work was not done, but would not say that we were charged more than appropriate or that he would refund our money. Instead he offered to do a small amount of additional work at no charge. This additional work was to run updated electrical from our house to our garage. But we had to dig the ditch. The electrician was at our house for about 45 minutes. In the end I was still left with a sour taste in my mouth. This is the only contractor I have ever been truly unsatisfied with.
