Scott replied to my first inquiry right away and came over the next day . He clearly explained the systems and options that would meet our needs and fit our budget. Scott arrived at the agreed upon time on the day we had scheduled the installation. Scott cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. He went over our new system and answered all of our questions. Scott provides personal and professional service, returns phone calls in a timely manner and is available for any questions or concerns. We feel that we received excellent service and a very competitive price.
