He use a chain saw to butcher our hedge and then this spring when I went
to clean up around the wall , the hedge was in pieces, all dried up
and the dirt behind the wall had all settled and some of it must have
washed away over the winter. When we asked him to give us more fill he
claimed that the wall was just fine and he drove away not offering to
fix the hedge or renew the dirt. I was very upset. We spent a lot of
money on that wall and he could have given us some satisfaction.

Overall, satisfied with work performed. Sometimes difficult to get in touch with owner regarding specific requests, but he is responsive once communication is made. Pleasant and responsible crew.

Very responsive in on site inspection and providing an competitive estimate. Explained all potential replacement options and potential relative cost. Was able to secure old type ties (eignt inch on side) to match that which was removed. Crew was efficient and cleaned site when finished.
