Hired to reside and retrim the house. It was paid in full prior to completion (my mistake). Once he got all the money, he quit the job, and never finished what he contracted to do.. Eventually, we had to hire another contractor, not only to finish the job but, to correct his shoddy workmenship. Big mistake to ever have hired him.
