"Thank you so much for the great review (Member name removed). It was a pleasure doing business with you and we look forward to future business with you as well."
"[member name removed], I'm very sorry you feel that way. We were late once due to tile shipping issues. As far as the base board goes, I had told you to hire a carpenter to repair the base cabinets, then we could put the vinyl cove in. As far as the tile under your table, We do not move fixed cabinetry which I also told you. We were called to install the last piece of base and went out the next morning. We found no one home so called your cell phone. You had told us to just leave the base at the door and you would put it in your self. I did make a follow up call the next week to check on every thing. I was told "everything is great, thank you so much". Last but not least, the price on the floor was exactly 1457.00, which is not close to 2000.00. Why any client would wait over 2 years to review is what I can not figure out. We've been on Angies list less than one year now. We've always responded to our clients in less than 24 hours and always will. To this day I would still go back and take care of the base board."
