Mark's sign was in sight around our neighborhood and village where he was painting houses and buildings and that is how we knew his name. Another business person also recommended him. Mark responded promptly to our phone call and came and gave us an estimate to paint the trim on our cedar shake shingled house. The estimate included the front and back doors and the front side of the house painted in an accent color. He noted some areas that needed repair but could not give us a price until his assistant had a chance to climb up and inspect the areas. We accepted the painting proposal and his assistant came after painting started. The assistant showed us where and what he saw needed repairing and we accepted the estimate to have a few areas with deteriorated wood replaced. Mark started the job then the second day was joined by two other painters. All were good but one of the assistants, Paulo, was extremely conscientious and took obvious pride in his work. I asked Mark to paint the bulkhead doors and he did so at no extra charge but did charge extra to paint a bench that sits on the front porch. Mark was pleasant and interesting to do business with. We were pleased with his work and would consider hiring him for inside painting when needed.

Excellent work, fair price, responsive, professional and reliable. Did what he promised, when he promised it, offered good advice and was extremely easy to work with. Having just moved to this area, we find it has been difficult to get people to even return phone calls, let alone follow up on what they promise whether it be appointments, scheduled work, or completing the job. Mark was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

His crew was very nice. They were polite and quiet that you did not even know they were here. That was probably what I really appreciated. I do not know if they smoke or not but they did not smoke in here. They were efficient and they did a beautiful job. They made sure that everything was covered inside so there was no damage to the furniture or on the floors or the carpets. I have no complaints. They were amazingly prompt. They said that they would be here at eight o'clock and they walked in the door at eight o'clock. I will definitely hire him again without a question.

Mark Baker arranged for a start date and followed up to confirm date. A crew of men showed up on the designated day and began to remove the rotted trim. Baker was there off and on throughout the day observing the progress and discussing any other issues that surfaced during the process. Baker was responsive and flexible about fixing small items that weren't originally agreed upon. His crew's workmanship was very good. Not all work men spoke English. Anything I was unhappy with Baker fixed. He returned after the project was complete to reviw all aspects of the job. I was so pleased I asked him to do some interior work which was also reasonably priced and well done. I highly recommend him.
