Home Tender Housecheck Handyman

Frank has been our handy man and home tender since 2004.  He is bonded and fully insured and is licensed as a constructon supervisor and a home improvement contractor.
He has very high integrity, is very capable and creative, makes judicious use of his time and his charges are very reasonable.  I am not handy at all and Frank does all of our repairs and odd jobs.  I highly recommend him to any person.

Frank Wruk operates a "Home Tender" business and performs Professional House Check and Handyman Services for residences and businesses in the Mid-Cape area. We have used him on various indoor and outdoor repair and maintenance projects over the past 5 years and have been extremely satisfied. He is very hard-working, friendly, reliable and creative. We don't know a lot about basic repairs and maintenance and rely on Frank for virtually everything in terms of home repairs. This project was a potpourri of items that had accumulated over several months and Frank performed superbly. He gets the job done efficiently and always comes in on budget. Frank has MA licenses as a Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor. As of 8/09, he charges $35 per hour for his services. He also does house checks for people who are away from home for extended periods. He also has networks with other home professionals, such as plumbers and landscapers
