Cape Cod Insulation

I cannot sing enough praise for Dan King and his crew, whose work went above and beyond what could normally be expected. They went into some very tight spaces to install insulation, where other professionals had recently told us, “We can’t get in there.” The crew showed tremendous diligence in completing a very complicated job in a timely manner.

It went wonderfully. Couldn't be better. Will hire again.

We chose them because they were one of the contractors suggested by the Mass Save auditor who did the initial assessment and proposal. They had good reviews on line and since they are focused on insulation we choose them. Great job from beginning to end. They were quick and took time to explain things and when the quoted job included work that was not needed they adjusted their quote. The house was clean and there was minimal cleanup for us to do. They took their time and were very respectful of our home throughout the process explaining everything they were going to do as they planned the work.

Insulation team members were prompt, respectful & efficient. We were extremely satisfied with their work & highly recommend the company.

Cape Cod Insulation did a great job! There was an issue with the floor insulation which the team corrected within a week and made the project right for us.

Very good overall. I consider myself a knowledgeable homeowner and discussed multiple options with the crew. i also stayed close during the process to make sure that things were done the way I expected. The team missed a couple of minor things -- they used narrower attic baffles than I would have used, potentially providing slightly less air flow, and they neglected to put baffles in one area where they blew in insulation. Not sure whether I'll call them back to fix or do it myself...

Big kudos to Tyler Adams for managing this project. We had a mouse problem and the insulation had to be removed. We wanted spray foam and couldn't be there to inspect that is was sprayed in the areas that were determined entry points. Tyler did a great job managing the communications, following up (with pictures) and ensuring the removal of the old/polluted insulation and the new insulation went according to plan. THX TYLER!

Our town has a particularly fussy building inpection process and one contractor would not even come to bid! Cape Cod Insulation took it all in stride and gave us a fair price, sound advice, an excellent job and relaxed and professional behavior.

Completed in one day. They were neat and the work looked professional. They talked about options with me so that i was aware of what they were doing.

Great. The two people that showed up were on time and very professional. They did a great job and clean up after they were done. Was very happy with the work they did and already have seen a reduction in energy bill. Would definately use them again.

The two men who installed my gutters were professional and did very good work. When I asked them to make a couple of slight modifications during the installation, they willingly did so.



It was somewhat of a challenge to set up the installation and there was a communication gap. The initial scheduling was delayed because the gentleman who oversees the gutter part of Cape Cod Insulation was on vacation and no one else was covering. Once the materials (which were special ordered) arrived, they would not give me a definite installation date but rather a couple of day range. It took a second email and call from me to pinpoint the day the installation would take place so that I would be present.



I would use them again for future jobs.

Very we'll. They showed up when they said they would (never a given on the Cape). They did excellent work at a very reasonable price.

I contacted Cape Cod Insulation Due to my inability to maintain a cost effective comfortable temperature in my home. Cape Cod Insulation provided exceptional customer service beginning with my first call. A very well informed Representative came to my home and made recommendations after a complete Inspection. I immediately noticed a difference in the comfort level of my home and my fuel consumption decreased dramatically. The staff was patient with my children and pooch. I highly recommend their services and expertise. They were very effective, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.

The first job was to insulate a newly remodeled attic ceiling. The second project was much larger and involved closing all the heat leaks in the house and insulating a second attic ceiling. When we first called they put us in touch with an organization that could help us with energy conservation rebates which resulted in big reductions in cost to us. The workers were courteous, friendly, prompt, thorough and efficient, did a great job, left everything immaculate. Highly recommend.
