"Dear Ms [Removed member name]. I spoke with the technition that servicced your door. he said he oiled the tracks, springs and rollers and ran the door several times to make sure the noise was gone. A service call is usually $85 but we were running a special for $40. However we still completed the same service we would have done for a door noise. Im sorry you thought we should have spent more time there but we did complete the service requested. It just didn't take very long to do it. The followed up with a phone call the next day and said they would come Monday morning. They then called to confirm on Monday morning and we arranged for them to come even though we would not be at the house.
That afternoon, we found that the garage door opener was working fine.
I highly recommend them.

They came and gave us a quote for installing a new opener on one door and repairing the existing opener on the other door as well as repairing the door because it would not stay open, had missing rollers and had a rotted panel on the bottom. The existing garage door opener was all torn apart and in rough shape but he said he would try to repair it.
The repair person came on Monday but was running late and I had to reschedule to Tuesday because I had another vendor coming to do work for me that afternoon that would have conflicted.
The existing garage door opener required a new panel and electronic eyes that would have cost close to the cost of a brand new opener, so we decided to just replace the old opener with a new one. The doors run great and I love having functioning and safe garage doors.
