PM Fuel Co

Ron was great. He explained what he was doing throughout and answered our many questions in detail. He told us that the sealant should hopefully solve our problems through the winter (but that we'd have to get our 20-/25-year-old boiler replaced within the next year). He also explained to us why the sealant he applied may not work. After he left, we called him with even more questions, and again he was very helpful and told us he could take another look the next day if things still weren't working. The next day, the heat was working better but still not right. We called him and he came over to take another look. He didn't charge us for this second visit. He showed my husband how to apply more sealant and left him the supplies to do it. He also explained everything very thoroughly and answered our many questions. He also said we could call if we had any more questions or concerns. Although we're not ecstatic about having to replace our boiler within the next year, we're glad we had Ron to help us with the temporary fix and to help set up our expectations for boiler replacement (e.g. estimated costs, recommendations, etc.). We would gladly use PM Fuel Co again and recommend them to friends. They have also been a great fuel (heating oil) delivery company.
