+ -1 moreRuss was on time to start the job. He got right to work and finished in three and a half hours. He replaced the ground cable and the conduit it goes in, even though it was not in our contract. The city inspector was very impressed with the extras and the quality of the work.
Description of Work: Replaced an old fuse panel with a circuit breaker panel. Replaced ground cable.
