They did a thorough check of the basement and set several traps. They were very clear communicating what to expect. They came back the next week and sealed up several openings in the foundation area. They have guaranteed that if the problem recurs they will return for more treatment. So far we seem to be mouse free. Very professional.

A relative had a bug problem and I told her I would take care of it. I contacted Premier and we scheduled an appointment for Thursday, July 25, 2019. the professional sent to us to solve our problem was Matt. Matt was quick to announce we had a carpenter ant problem is which is what I thought it was. He said he could do the treatment at that moment, I agreed. Matt was professional he explained what he was going to treat and how the treatment would be done. To walk on the carpets he put on "booties" over his shoes. He explained the warranty that was included in the service and explained the quarterly policy that could purchased, no pushing but very informative. The cost is $110 per service and they come out quarterly. 

They were consistent and give feedback on the work done.

They usually just send one technician out for the job. It takes about 35 minutes to complete the work. We have already noticed results.

They came to my house 3 times. They came to set up the traps, to check the traps, and then to do an exclusion service. The exclusion is a big portion of the cost of the service. It is a lot of money to get rid of mice, but their pricing was fair. They come on time on the dates/times we scheduled. They are knowledgeable and know what needs to be done. I have seen nothing in my house since the service and only one so far outside, which was in a trap.

It is not as expensive as the very first time but they got rid of our ant problem which was caused by the city digging up the ground to put in a gas line which apparently has disturbed their nest. We could not fix it ourselves though we did try. We called them and they came right out. They were very professional. Within 2 weeks, we had no more carpenter ants. I had researched it a little bit and found that he was certified in several areas so that was really very important to me, insurance, and he had his licensing, and I like to see all of that. Another company I looked at was required for the same thing with the city insurance, licensing and everything ahead of time. The original price was $240 and I had a coupon so that helped, and it came down to $220. After that, we went with the basic home treatment because we didn't have any other issues. It was a very good price. I had done some comparison. Some of them were $500 and that was ridiculous. They came right out when I called them. After that, what it is is I pick a day and they just come out. They just come out on that day and I just leave them a check so they can come any time they want, but they do come that day so I am not worried about that. They come on the day they said they are going to. They are very good. Any questions I had, they answered them. They were very professional and they did not rush. I will definitely recommend them to anybody especially if you are having problems right away, they come pretty quickly. Their service is excellent.

They are always professional and spend time answering any questions you may have. The technicians that come out are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick to respond to any additional concerns I may have.

When we first moved into our home about 1 year ago, we had carpenter ants that were causing some damage. Another business (too far away to use) recommended Premier Pest Control and they've been great. After the first treatment, the ants died and we've never seen an ant or any signs of damage since. The price (about $65 per treatment) is good, and they provide a discount if you pay for the year up front.

First tech came out and did an examination and then he placed his traps. Came back a week later and checked the traps and performed exterior exclusion. A few days later we saw a mouse in the house and I called them back. They sent another tech out who sealed up another hole. I feel they did the best job they could. I agree with the second tech that they should have waited a little longer to do the exclusion but what's done is done. They provide a 90 day warranty and you can sign up for quarterly check ups. I felt the pricing was resonible and they show up when they say they will. Can't ask for more than that. Hope I don't have to call them again but I know they will respond if I have issues.

The tech was great. No concerns. Always on time. Happy to answer questions. Great with my 4 year old son.

Premier was very knowledgable both over the phone and when the technician came to the house. The technician showed up on time, was very thorough, and spent a lot of time treating our house. The only carpenter ants we've seen since have been dead, so the treatments seems effective. The initial treatment was pretty expensive, but the quarterly cost for ongoing treatment is very reasonable. Good job overall, and we will most likely proceed with the quarterly treatments.

They did a good job and had a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The price was competitive.

It's always easy to get someone on the phone. They come when they say they are going to come. If I have a problem, they come without charging me more. I am happy with their service.
