Aggressive contractor refused to leave my mother's house for three hours until my 20-year-old niece gave in, signed a $40,000 contract, and gave him two checks totaling $26,000 for a bathroom remodel that cost $10,000 at Home Depot. I got involved and got the cost reduced to $19,500. The contractor installed the shower wrong, so we withheld payment. The contractor called me and said he had a friend on the police department and they were going to my mom’s house to collect the money. When they showed up, my 90-year-old mom refused to answer the door, so they banged on her bedroom window until we called the police to remove them from the property. Even though the shower is installed wrong, we paid the full amount just to make him go away! The contractor tried to send us a small refund to cover the repairs and we will rip up the check.

Amazing work and very professional.

We used Inaugural to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower. The install went perfectly. The installers were very friendly, polite and most importantly left our home SPOTLESS. I have never seen a company work so efficiently and take such pride in their work!
