They explained before they started what caused the dark rings and that they may not be able to remove them to my satisfaction. They offered to do a test wall first to show me the results and let me decide if I wanted them to proceed. Carpet cleaned better than I was expecting so I had them do it all. They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again.

They scheduled me quickly and were on time. They did a very thorough job. They got rid of the puppy pee odor and stains but left no weird chemical or fake "air freshener" smell, which is exactly what I wanted. Will use them for all carpet cleaning needs from now on.

Very thorough and professional. They reviewed the choices I had, especially for the troubled areas that needed extra work. They showed up on time, put all the furniture back in place and were right on target with the time needed to do the job. The carpets came out amazing!

They were terrific right from the first contact, responding the same day I called. Within a day or so I had the quote, and set-up the appointment for the work. Most of this was by email. Very professional and easy to do business with. They arrived on time and took a few minutes to talk to me about specifics like pre-treating spotty areas and the stain protection finish that I wanted before getting started. They moved small furniture items out of the room and helped me get the curtains up off the floor, etc. I was surprised at how quickly they finished, and looked to find the carpet thoroughly cleaned and spotless. They did great job - I plan to have them return in a year.

They arrived right on time. Were fast and efficient. I have a problem with an older cat and stains. He told me what to do to clean it and help eliminate future stains. They put on the protectant for the carpets at my request. Everything looks and smells wonderful. Would recommend them to everyone!

As far as professionalism and clean up is concerned, all of that was very good. It?s just that we have a sick dog that made the carpet smell bad. They were not able to remove that bad odor. I just had not given them a follow up call because we were busy and we are waiting if they will come back to check the result of their work. I decided to use them because they have high ratings on Angie?s List. The carpet was good and they were good as I have said but they are more expensive than others.
They got back to me right away on the first call and they were early. But they were a couple of hours early and I was not ready yet. I have dogs so I have to take some place first. They were very good at explaining the whole process. They also told how often I should get my carpet cleaned. They were very professional. They came and did their thing which I really appreciated.

The results were beyond my expectation! I had neglected my carpet far too long, since the rooms were not 'common areas'; I never dreamed that a professional carpet cleaning would be so much more effective than my penny-pinching DIY efforts over the past decade. My carpet is 20 Y.O. and looks like new! Even the "traffic" spots have disappeared!
Rob and Paul were professional, efficient, and done within an hour. (I had already cleared areas of most all furniture prior to appt.) The results are excellent!
Once I shift my furniture, I plan to schedule them for my other 2 rooms.
(I no longer need to fret about not saving fast enough for hardwood.)

Very impressed, showed up at the exact time they were scheduled and thoroughly cleaned all items, they now look brand new! Having two dogs I did not think the items would come out as clean as they did. Will definitely hire them again.

Aldenville is highly professional. One rug that was cleaned in the driveway because of size was soiled underneath and they returned right away to clean it again. We have had them four times and will continue to have them back.
