This was the second time that I've had my carpets cleaned by Aldenville. Last time was better. Here's why: I have a 16x12 living room with an 8x8 music alcove. I would expect to be charged double for the total space as I was last time. This time the 64 sq. ft. alcove was treated as a separate room. That said,, most of the cleaning work was entirely satisfactory, but a couple of days after the technicians left I discovered that the carpet at the back of the alcove - the radiator area, and the space under a piano had gone uncleaned this time. Aldenville was entirely prompt about returning to attend to the cleaning, but the technician was grumpy about having to reach the area that needed tending. Yet, in all it took no more than 10 minutes to complete the job.
