Sewer Cleaning
I called at 7:30 this morning and reached the answering service. Mr. Padykula returned my call within three minutes. He stopped by briefing to assess the problem at 9:30, and then returned with an assistant at 11:15 AM. Since this was an emergency call, and not a scheduled appointment, I was really thrilled with his responsiveness and relieved to get in the same day. (We couldn't use the showers, sinks, or toilets because the water kept backing up into our basement.)
Within about 30 minutes, the blockage was cleared, everything was operating normally again, and they were on their way. Very grateful to Ace for taking care of an unpleasant problem (on Valentine's Day, no less).

Sewer Cleaning
I called late on a Friday afternoon. Provider was at my home in half an hour. Snaked the drain. Unable to solve problem that day, will return. I have used this provider in the past with 100% satisfaction. They are prompt, effective, and reasonably priced.
